About the role#
This student experience provides an opportunity to apply your engineering studies to real-world projects at Bobcat Company. You will work alongside professionals on construction and agriculture equipment, gaining hands-on experience while completing your degree. This is a full-time, paid position for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Create and modify parts and engineering drawings using Creo.
- Update Engineering Change Notices and Bills of Materials.
- Support prototype builds, equipment testing, and maintenance.
- Analyze test results to help improve product designs.
- Work with cross-functional teams to solve design challenges and support product development.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- This is an on-site role available in Bismarck, ND, Gwinner, ND, Johnson Creek, WI, and Statesville, NC.
