About the role#
This is a student internship position for the Winter 2027 term. You will work on-site to gain hands-on experience while completing your undergraduate degree. This is a paid, full-time opportunity.
What you'll do#
- Develop tests to evaluate machine functionality and performance.
- Determine specific loads and conditions to apply, such as voltage, temperature, or vibration.
- Operate machines or simulators under controlled conditions.
- Record and analyze test data.
- Set up and operate structural fatigue tests.
What you'll need#
- Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing in Agricultural, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- A 3.0 or higher GPA is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with drafting software like ProE, Creo, or Solid Works is preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Location & details#
This role is based on-site at one of our locations in Bismarck, North Dakota; Gwinner, North Dakota; Johnson Creek, Wisconsin; or Sahuarita, Arizona.
