About the role#
This is a full-time student experience program for the Winter 2027 term. You will work directly with product teams to support new product development and day-to-day operations. This role is on-site and provides an opportunity to apply your academic studies to real-world projects at a global manufacturing company.
What you'll do#
- Assist in developing business cases and product requirements for new product development projects.
- Coordinate and track projects through the internal Phase-Gate system.
- Conduct market research by identifying data sources, collecting information, and performing analysis.
- Maintain the Oracle configurator to ensure order accuracy.
- Support product specialists and engineering teams by converting hardcopy data into electronic files.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills.
