About the role#
The Change Management Summer Internship at Duke Energy offers an opportunity to support organizational readiness for technology and security projects. You will work with the Enterprise Solutions and Services team to help employees adapt to new processes and systems.
What you'll do#
- Support and execute change management plans, including sponsorship, coaching, training, and resistance management.
- Develop and deliver communication materials to prepare internal clients for organizational changes.
- Collaborate with team members to solve problems and manage multiple project tasks.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a rising senior or graduate student in Psychology, Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
- A cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
- Graduation date no earlier than August 2027.
- A valid driver's license.
- Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Charlotte, North Carolina.
- Term: Summer 2027 (10 to 12 weeks).
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
