About the role#
The Construction Management Co-op Rotational Program offers students the chance to gain experience across two to three different departments. You will rotate through Transmission Work Management, Construction Management, and Project Management to build a broad understanding of our operations. This program runs for 16 weeks, from January 2027 through May 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support transmission groups in the planning and execution of construction activities.
- Track construction production and status while working in the field.
- Act as a liaison between contractors and internal teams, including engineers and project managers.
- Assist with scheduling, resource allocation, and the strategic oversight of work plans.
- Contribute to project lifecycle management and coordinate across different departments.
- Participate in the design and analysis of structures, systems, and facilities.
- Work on-site at various project locations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Construction Management.
- A graduation date no earlier than August 2027.
- A cumulative college GPA of 2.75 or higher.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- A genuine interest in engineering, construction, or project management.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.

- Location: Cincinnati, Ohio.
- Term: Winter 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Compensation: This is a paid position.
- Work Modality: On-site at project sites.
