About the role#
Dream is hiring an intern for the Industrial Leasing team for a 4-month term starting in January 2027. This role offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in commercial real estate while supporting the day-to-day operations of the Leasing Business Unit.
What you'll do#
- Provide administrative support to the Leasing Team, including preparing reports, lease documentation, and offers to lease.
- Accompany Leasing Managers on property tours.
- Update broker contacts in our database.
- Order floor plans and distribute marketing materials to brokers and tenants.
- Field general leasing inquiries from industry contacts.
- Maintain vacancy listings and update monthly availability reports.
- Code, process, and file expenses for the Leasing Business Unit.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Property Management, Construction, Finance, Accounting, and Acquisitions.
What you'll need#
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
- A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- A creative mindset and a willingness to learn.
- Enthusiasm for the real estate industry.
