About the role#
Dream is hiring an Intern, Investments to support the team on acquisitions and dispositions. This position is available for a 4-month or 8-month term starting in January 2027.
What you'll do#
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate potential investments using Excel and Argus Enterprise.
- Participate in investment meetings and track pipeline activities.
- Build and manage transaction databases for industrial assets.
- Support the team through deal execution and the due diligence process.
- Conduct industry research and assist in preparing memos, presentations, and reports for management.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program with a focus on Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- A strong work ethic, high attention to detail, and a desire to consistently over-deliver.
- Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
- An assertive, self-starting approach with a positive attitude.
- Prior relevant work or extra-curricular experience in real estate, finance, or investments is a plus.

- Compensation: This is a paid position with an hourly pay range of $21.00 to $25.00.
