About the role#
Dream is looking for an intern to join the Industrial Portfolio Management team for an 8-month term starting in January 2027. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in Toronto. You will work directly with portfolio managers and investment teams to support asset-level analysis and corporate reporting.
What you'll do#
- Prepare financial analysis and pro forma modeling for leasing, financing, and investment decisions.
- Develop and maintain asset-level cash flow models.
- Provide performance analysis at both the portfolio and property levels.
- Participate in data analytics projects.
- Attend leasing meetings and track lease activity.
- Conduct market research to support team objectives.
- Assist with internal property valuations and coordinate with third-party appraisers.
- Help segment tenants and assets.
- Contribute to the development of annual budgets and corporate forecasts.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management.
- Complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program with a focus on Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- A collaborative mindset and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to step out of your comfort zone and take on new tasks.
- Ability to actively participate and contribute in team meetings.
- Knowledge of Argus Enterprise software or Power BI is considered an asset.

- Compensation: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour.
