    About the role#

    Dream is hiring a Development Intern for a 4 month term starting in January 2027. This is a full time, paid position based on-site in Toronto. You will work directly with the development team to support project timelines and daily operations.

    What you'll do#

    • Support the development team with day to day tasks to help meet project deadlines.
    • Coordinate with internal groups to execute project deliverables.
    • Attend meetings with development team members.
    • Manage task lists and coordinate project memos.
    • Organize current and past project folders on the internal drive to improve the digital filing structure.
    • Catalogue historical project records and drawings for offsite storage.
    • Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing catering requests, printing, filing, and distributing group emails.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a College or Undergraduate program.
    • Pursuing a degree in Finance, Urban Planning, Real Estate, or Architecture.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), Adobe, and Bluebeam.
    • A positive attitude and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

    • Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
    • Term: Winter 2027 (4 months).
    • Modality: On-site.
    • Compensation: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour.
