About the role#
Larry H. Miller Real Estate is hiring a Residential Finance Intern for the summer of 2027. This role supports the Master-Planned Communities team within the finance department. You will work under the supervision of the VP of Operations and other finance professionals to gain experience in residential real estate development and finance.
What you'll do#
- Perform financial modeling and analysis.
- Conduct market research to support team objectives.
- Assist with financial reporting and due diligence processes.
- Complete other duties as assigned by the finance team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited University or College, preferably majoring in Finance, Real Estate, or Economics.
- Ability to read and comprehend large quantities of information.
- Comfort operating standard computer equipment.
- Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 25 lbs. independently.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site, part-time position located in Sandy, Utah.
- The internship runs from May 10, 2027, through August 6, 2027.
- You must be able to commute to the Sandy office to work in-person.
- This position is paid at $22.00 per hour and typically requires 25 to 29 hours of work per week.
