About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in real estate investment and development within the Commercial Real Estate Department. You will work under the supervision of the team to support ongoing projects and gain professional experience for your future career. This is a paid, part-time position based in Sandy, Utah.
What you'll do#
- Conduct project research and strategic business planning for current and future developments.
- Perform financial and market analysis.
- Participate in development meetings and offer your own recommendations.
- Provide general support to the department as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited University or College program, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of financial modeling.
- Ability to articulate and present strategic recommendations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Flexibility in working hours.
- Capacity to lift, move, and carry up to 25 lbs. independently.

- Compensation: $22.00 per hour.
