About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within the real estate industry. You will work with the accounting team to support daily operations and gain insight into how corporate accounting and finance functions. This role is designed to help you build practical skills for your future career.
What you'll do#
- Assist with daily accounting tasks including processing bank deposits.
- Maintain accurate general ledger and sub-ledger reconciliations.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Help with valuation work, data compilation, and financial analysis projects.
- Clean up accounting records and assist with data management.
- Support the team in preparing financial statements.
- Learn to use accounting systems and perform financial modeling as directed.
- Attend internship activities and assist with day-to-day workload requirements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited university or college program for Accounting, Finance, or an MBA.
- A solid understanding of accounting principles and real estate concepts.
- A smart, ambitious, and hard-working approach to your tasks.
- Ability to work on-site in Sandy, Utah.
- Ability to perform physical office tasks such as sitting, standing, and lifting up to 25 lbs.

- Location: Sandy, Utah.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 10, 2027 to August 6, 2027).
- Status: Part-time (25-29 hours per week).
- Compensation: $22.00 per hour.
- This position is on-site and does not offer standard employee benefits.
