About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience in designing and developing business solutions to improve operational efficiency within Supply Chain and Shared Services. You will work alongside business and technology teams to modernize workflows using Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI. This role focuses on the intersection of technology, business analysis, and process improvement.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the design, development, testing, and deployment of digital solutions, including AI-powered agents and Microsoft Copilot tools.
- Create automated workflows to streamline manual processes.
- Build dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation and AI use cases.
- Document business requirements, process flows, and solution designs.
- Perform data analysis to support business decision-making.
- Participate in solution testing, user acceptance activities, and end-user training.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program in computer science, data analytics, supply chain, or a related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Expected graduation from your Bachelor degree program in 2028.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, or similar productivity tools.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work independently.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.

- Location: Richmond, Virginia.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days teleworking).
- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Compensation: $27.00 per hour.
