About the role#
DMA is seeking a Transaction Tax Compliance Intern to support our compliance teams. You will work alongside managers to handle tax renditions, prepare payment vouchers, and assist with notice management. This is a full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Process tax returns and filings for small entities.
- Prepare check batches and electronic payment batches.
- Monitor, review, and resolve jurisdictional tax notices.
- Perform bank reconciliations for clients.
- Complete month end reporting, including scanning, uploading, and tracking documents.
- Support analysts with online filing and general compliance tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Completion of Intermediate Accounting I.
- A GPA of 2.5 or higher.
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
