About the role#
This position supports the IT operations at the DigiPen Institute of Technology campus. The role involves maintaining the stability of client infrastructure and providing technical support to the campus community. This is a paid, part-time position requiring 20 hours of work per week.
What you'll do#
- Support workstations located in labs and classrooms.
- Assist in the resolution of Help Desk tickets.
- Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone and email.
- Set up and repair computer equipment and related devices.
- Track and report all hours worked accurately.
- Work evenings and weekends as required.
What you'll need#
- Must be a current, matriculated student at DigiPen Institute of Technology.
- Eligibility for Federal Work Study with an accepted award.
- Good academic standing with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and Windows 11 support.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to client focus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs, carrying, and fine finger dexterity.

- Location: Redmond, Washington, USA.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Term: Fall 2026 (August 31, 2026 – May 7, 2027).
- Wage: $17.85 per hour.
- Note: Students are not permitted to work during scheduled class times. Residents of Washington State only.
