About the role#
This is a 9-week Management Internship taking place during the summer of 2026. The program provides a pathway to be considered for the Dayton Freight Management Trainee Program once you graduate. This is a paid, full-time position based on-site.
What you'll do#
You will learn how the transportation industry operates. You will study Dayton Freight policies and procedures to understand how the company functions. By working in the Service Center, you will learn the responsibilities of various roles and how they contribute to the team. Your work will directly support the daily success of the facility.
What you'll need#
You must be currently enrolled in an accredited college. We require basic math skills and fluency in English. You must be willing to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts throughout the program.

This position is located in West Chester, Ohio. The role is on-site and requires full-time availability.
