About the role#
Dayton Freight Lines offers a 9-week Management Internship during the summer of 2026. This program provides an introduction to the transportation industry. Interns who complete the program may be considered for the Management Trainee Program after they graduate.
What you'll do#
You will learn how the service center operates by studying the function of each position. You will gain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and philosophies. Your work will contribute to the daily success of the service center.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college
- Majors in Business Administration, Logistics, or Operations Management
- Basic math skills
- Fluency in English
- Availability to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
