About the role#
As a Software Developer Intern, you will participate in the full software development life cycle. This includes initial design, database implementation, code testing, and maintaining existing systems.
What you'll do#
- Write computer instructions using agreed upon development languages.
- Attend daily scrums, planning sessions, and other development meetings.
- Build efficient and structured programming solutions that follow department standards.
- Create and maintain project documentation.
- Test and debug your code to ensure quality.
- Complete defined tasks and projects while working with your leader and other team resources.
- Act in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Computer Science or a related field.
- Ability to learn quickly and bring new ideas to the team.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working effectively as part of a development team.
- Familiarity with technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, SQL, Java, or Agile methodologies is a plus.

- This role is based in Dayton, Ohio.
- This is an on-site, full-time, paid position with a rolling term.
