About the role#
This is a 9-week Management Internship program during the summer of 2026. Participants who finish the program are considered for the Dayton Freight Management Trainee Program once they graduate. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Learn how the transportation industry works.
- Study company policies, procedures, and philosophies.
- Help the Service Center succeed.
- Understand how each role contributes to the overall mission.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited college.
- Basic math skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Availability to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts throughout the program.

- Location: Louisville, Kentucky.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Pay: $23.95 per hour.
