Pharmacy Intern

About the role#

As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to deliver patient care and maintain a safe, effective retail pharmacy environment. This role focuses on patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and workflow management. You will contribute to a team culture centered on empathy, enthusiasm, and the company purpose of improving health care access and quality.

What you'll do#

• Deliver exceptional patient care and manage patient care programs to keep customers healthy.
• Facilitate a team culture that promotes caring, energy, and pride.
• Align team members around the company purpose and demonstrate authentic care for patients and caregivers.
• Assist with inventory management and pharmacy professional practice.
• Complete all required training and obtain necessary licensure within state guidelines.
• Provide patient immunizations once state regulations are met.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in or acceptance into an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining it.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain regular attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Physical ability to remain upright for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and perform tasks requiring finger dexterity, reaching, and stooping.

• Work Modality: On-site.
• Schedule: Part-time with rolling terms.
• Compensation: $21.25 - $25.00 per hour.
