About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to support the daily operations of a retail pharmacy. You play a part in ensuring a safe and effective environment while delivering care to patients. This role involves managing pharmacy workflows, quality assurance, and inventory, while modeling the values of the team.
What you'll do#
- Deliver care to patients and assist with managing patient care programs.
- Collaborate with pharmacy team members to maintain a positive and productive environment.
- Support regulatory requirements and pharmacy professional practices.
- Help customers with their health needs and provide support to caregivers.
- Complete required training and strive to provide immunizations once state regulations are met.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining it.
- Between 0 and 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to remain upright, move items, and perform tasks requiring finger dexterity and visual acuity.
- Ability to work a schedule that includes nights and weekends.

- The role is on-site and part-time.
- Hiring is conducted on a rolling basis.
