About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to ensure a safe and effective retail pharmacy environment. This role focuses on delivering quality care to patients while modeling our values and supporting the pharmacy team. You will assist with patient care programs, inventory management, and workflow tasks, excluding final prescription verification.
What you'll do#
- Support patient health through the adoption and management of care programs.
- Display empathy and compassion for patients, caregivers, and colleagues.
- Foster a team culture centered on caring, energy, and enthusiasm.
- Align team members with our purpose to support patient health.
- Perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 20 lbs, and using precise finger dexterity to handle items.
- Complete all required training and maintain necessary licensure within state guidelines.
- Work regular shifts, including nights and weekends.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- 0 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Possession of, or in the process of obtaining, valid intern or technician licensure.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to perform tasks such as transcribing, reading, and visual inspection of small parts.

- Location: Coopersburg, Pennsylvania.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Part-time with rolling terms.
- Compensation: $20.00 to $23.75 per hour.
