About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to provide patient care in a retail setting. You will help maintain a safe pharmacy environment, manage patient care programs, and assist with daily operations like inventory and workflow. This is a part-time position with a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Ensure a safe and effective retail pharmacy environment.
- Display empathy and compassion for patients, customers, and colleagues.
- Facilitate a team culture that promotes caring and enthusiasm.
- Complete all required training within state guidelines.
- Lead with heart and align the team around a shared purpose.
- Manage patient care programs and support immunization efforts once state regulations are met.
- Perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, lifting up to 20 lbs, and using fine motor skills to handle pharmacy items.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining it.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.

- Location: Greenville, South Carolina.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $20.00 - $23.75 per hour.
- Status: Part-time, paid.
