About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to support the daily operations of our retail pharmacy. You will assist in maintaining a safe environment while delivering care to patients. This role involves managing patient care programs and working as a key member of the pharmacy team.
What you'll do#
- Deliver exceptional care to each patient.
- Ensure a safe and effective retail pharmacy work environment.
- Manage patient care programs to keep customers and patients healthy.
- Facilitate a team culture that promotes caring, energy, enthusiasm, and pride.
- Align others around our purpose to improve health care.
- Perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 20 lbs, and reaching to move items.
- Communicate instructions clearly to colleagues and customers.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining it.
- Between 0 and 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to complete all required training within state guidelines.
- Availability to work a schedule that includes nights and weekends.

- This is a part-time, paid position.
