About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will apply your classroom learning to real-world practice. You will work under the direction of a preceptor to complete a comprehensive training roadmap. This role prepares you for future responsibilities as a pharmacist by providing hands-on experience with store, district, and regional operations.
What you'll do#
- Assist the pharmacy team to ensure operations run smoothly and prescriptions are filled accurately.
- Follow company standard operating procedures to help manage and improve patient health.
- Provide caring service that exceeds patient expectations in all interactions.
- Complete a training roadmap focused on key learning experiences.
- Demonstrate empathy and genuine care when helping patients at the register, over the phone, or at the drive-thru.
What you'll need#
- Acceptance into an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining it.
- Ability to complete all required training within the designated timeframe.
- Strong attention and focus to perform tasks consistently over time.
- Ability to confirm prescription information and label accuracy to ensure patient safety.

- Location: Orlando, Florida.
- This is an on-site, part-time, paid position.
- The term is rolling.
