About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern at CVS Health, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to ensure a safe and effective pharmacy environment. This role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting the daily operations of the pharmacy team.
What you'll do#
- Deliver exceptional care to patients and demonstrate empathy toward customers and caregivers.
- Manage customer service, inventory, and pharmacy workflow.
- Lead patient care programs to support health outcomes.
- Facilitate a positive team culture that promotes enthusiasm and professional pride.
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to all regulatory requirements.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 20 lbs, reaching, stooping, and maintaining upright posture for extended periods.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or acceptance into an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Possession of, or progress toward, valid intern or technician licensure as required by the state.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance, including availability for nights and weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- Immunization eligibility is preferred.

- Compensation: $20.00 - $23.75 per hour.
