About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work as part of the pharmacy team to support patient health. You will operate under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to ensure a safe and effective retail environment. This role involves delivering care to patients and managing pharmacy operations.
What you'll do#
- Display empathy and compassion when interacting with patients, caregivers, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with team members to improve outcomes and support company goals.
- Facilitate a team culture that promotes energy and enthusiasm.
- Manage inventory and pharmacy workflow, excluding final prescription verification.
- Complete all required training within the timeframe specified by state guidelines.
- Maintain regular attendance, including availability for nights and weekends.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 20 lbs, scanning items, and reaching for inventory.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment or acceptance into an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Possession of, or progress toward, valid intern or technician licensure.
- Between 0 and 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring finger dexterity and visual acuity.

- Schedule: Part-time with rolling terms.
- Compensation: Pay range is $23.00 to $42.00 per hour.
