About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will apply your pharmacy school education to real-world practice. You will work under the direction of a preceptor to complete a training roadmap that covers store, district, and regional operations. This role focuses on helping you prepare for future responsibilities as a Pharmacist.
What you'll do#
- Assist the pharmacy team to ensure operations run smoothly and prescriptions are filled safely and accurately.
- Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures at every workstation to support patient health.
- Demonstrate empathy and genuine care when interacting with patients in person, over the phone, or at the drive-thru.
- Complete basic inventory activities, such as putting away medication deliveries and performing cycle counts.
- Participate in a comprehensive training roadmap designed to build clinical and technical aptitude.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or acceptance to an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining it.
- Ability to complete all required training within the designated timeframe.
- Regular and predictable attendance, including availability for nights and weekends.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.

- Location: Mobile, Alabama.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Part-time with rolling start dates.
- Compensation: $20.00 - $23.75 per hour.
