About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to support a safe and effective retail pharmacy environment. You will focus on patient safety, quality assurance, and providing exceptional customer service. This role is part-time and offers an opportunity to gain professional experience in a clinical setting.
What you'll do#
- Support patient health through the adoption and management of patient care programs.
- Interact with patients, caregivers, and team members with empathy and compassion.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to improve patient outcomes.
- Manage pharmacy workflow and inventory effectively.
- Help build a team culture that emphasizes caring and enthusiasm.
- Complete all required training and obtain necessary licensure within state guidelines.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining one.
- Between 0 and 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Availability to work a schedule that includes nights and weekends.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 20 lbs, and reaching or stooping to move items.

- Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.75 per hour.
