About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to support the daily operations of our retail pharmacy. You will assist in delivering care to patients, managing inventory, and ensuring a safe environment. This is a part-time, on-site position based in Swansea, Massachusetts.
What you'll do#
- Provide care to patients and assist with managing chronic or specialty conditions.
- Ensure a safe and effective pharmacy work environment.
- Lead with empathy and compassion for patients, caregivers, and team members.
- Foster a team culture that encourages enthusiasm and professional pride.
- Manage patient care programs and support pharmacy workflow.
- Strive to provide patient immunizations once state regulations are met.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 20 lbs, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining it.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to complete all required training within state guidelines.
- Availability to work nights and weekends.

- Compensation: $20.50 - $24.25 per hour.
