About the role#
As a pharmacy intern, you work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to support the delivery of patient care. You contribute to a safe and effective retail pharmacy environment while gaining professional experience. This is a part-time position with a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Manage patient care programs to keep customers and patients healthy.
- Display empathy and compassion for patients, caregivers, and team members.
- Facilitate a team culture that promotes caring, energy, and enthusiasm.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards.
- Ensure a safe and effective retail pharmacy work environment.
- Complete all required training within state guidelines and the required timeframe.
- Strive to provide patient immunizations once state regulations are met.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Current intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining it.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance, including nights and weekends.
- Physical ability to remain upright for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and perform tasks requiring finger dexterity and visual acuity.

- Compensation: $20.00 - $23.75 per hour.
