About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to provide care to patients. This role focuses on maintaining a safe, effective work environment within a retail pharmacy setting. You will assist in managing patient care programs and support the pharmacy team in daily operations.
What you'll do#
- Deliver care to patients and assist with their health needs.
- Manage patient care programs and contribute to inventory management.
- Help maintain a safe and effective pharmacy environment.
- Facilitate a team culture that promotes enthusiasm and care.
- Participate in customer service tasks.
- Strive to provide patient immunizations once state regulations are met.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining it.
- Between 0 and 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to complete all required training within state guidelines.
- Physical ability to remain upright for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and perform tasks requiring finger dexterity and visual acuity.
- Availability to work a schedule that includes nights and weekends.

- Compensation: $20.50 - $24.25 per hour.
