About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to support the daily operations of a retail pharmacy. You will gain professional experience while assisting with patient care, regulatory compliance, and workflow management. This role is part-time and involves a commitment to delivering quality care to patients.

- Support patient health through the management and adoption of care programs.

- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to reach positive health outcomes.
- Maintain a safe and effective work environment by following regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards.
- Promote a team culture centered on energy, enthusiasm, and pride.
- Once state regulations are met, you will work toward providing patient immunizations.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in or acceptance to an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining one.
- Between 0 and 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to complete all required training within state-mandated timeframes.
- Physical ability to remain upright for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and perform tasks requiring finger dexterity and visual acuity.
- Availability to work a schedule that includes nights and weekends.
- Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and immunization eligibility.
