About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will apply your classroom learning to real-world practice. You will work under the direction of a preceptor to complete a comprehensive training roadmap. This role provides an overview of store, district, and regional operations while preparing you for future responsibilities as a pharmacist. You will gain hands-on experience through key learning activities and time spent with district leaders.
What you'll do#
- Complete a comprehensive training roadmap focusing on key learning experiences.
- Assist the pharmacy team to ensure smooth operations and prompt, accurate prescription fulfillment.
- Demonstrate empathy and genuine care in all patient interactions.
- Provide additional health care services, such as immunizations, as allowed by law and supported by training.
- Understand and comply with relevant federal, state, and local laws, as well as company policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or acceptance into an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining one.
- Ability to complete all required training within the designated timeframe.
- Regular and predictable attendance, including availability for nights and weekends.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.

- Location: Oviedo, Florida.
- This is a paid, part-time position.
- Work is on-site with a rolling term.
