About the role#
This 11-week summer internship provides full-time work experience within the general management function at CVS Health. You will join a team to lead or contribute to specific projects while building your understanding of the healthcare system. The program runs from May 24, 2027, through August 6, 2027. Successful interns are positioned for consideration for future full-time roles, including the General Management Development Program.
What you'll do#
- Lead or contribute to assigned business projects.
- Collaborate on business assessments and strategic planning.
- Participate in professional development workshops.
- Engage in networking and career exploration activities.
- Interact with senior leaders and participate in community service.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Public Health, Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or Psychology.
- Anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and July 2028.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in student organizations, sports, or work projects.
- Willingness to relocate to the required office locations.
- Note that work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Location & details#
- This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in the office (Tuesday through Thursday).
- Office locations include Hartford, Connecticut, Dallas, Texas, or Woonsocket, Rhode Island.
- This position is paid at $26 per hour for 40 hours per week.
