About the role#
The Sales Analyst role provides analytical direction to help identify business opportunities, gaps, and key learnings. You will work with internal stakeholders and field sales teams to drive objectives related to assortment, merchandising, pricing, and shelving. This is a full-time, paid position starting in Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Gather data across various platforms to support business needs.
- Develop reports to monitor business performance and track key trends.
- Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and communicate findings to your team.
- Manage projects assigned to specific categories or brands.
- Support the sales input process for business plan releases.
- Build working relationships with internal business partners and field sales stakeholders.
- Identify ways to improve and streamline current processes.
What you'll need#
- A BS/BA degree or an MBA/Masters degree.
- 0 to 2 years of CPG or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated analytical experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to learn and apply knowledge of company processes, policies, and systems.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

- This is an on-site role.
- Available locations include Mason, Ohio; Oakland, California; Pleasanton, California; and Durham, North Carolina.
