About the role#
As a Foodservice Sales intern, you will work to increase sales by calling on a variety of customers. You will spend your time introducing new products and usage ideas to operators while educating distributor personnel on the value of Hormel Foods products. This is a full-time, paid summer 2027 internship.
What you'll do#
- Add products into distribution and expand the usage of existing items.
- Implement marketing strategies for company products.
- Build a business plan for your assigned territory and report results.
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to secure new product placements.
What you'll need#
- You must be a student majoring in Marketing or Business Administration.
- You must graduate in August 2027, December 2027, or May 2028.
- You must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
- You must be comfortable with the preparation and consumption of pork, beef, chicken, turkey, and nuts.
- You must have the ability to drive a reliable vehicle in various settings and weather conditions.

- This position is based on-site in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
- This is a full-time, temporary role.
