About the role#
As a Teller at the Co-Op City Branch, you will help improve the flow of branch operations and enhance the customer experience. This is a part-time role based in the Bronx. You will focus on guiding clients through digital tools and promoting the alternative service channels Citi offers.
What you'll do#
- Advise clients on how to use digital tools within the branch.
- Resolve client questions and concerns, directing them to the most effective solution channels.
- Provide a clear communication channel for client interactions.
- Assess risk in business decisions to protect the firm and its assets.
- Maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
What you'll need#
- A High School diploma or equivalent.
- One year of relevant experience, including knowledge of sales strategies and financial products.
- Experience with banking, financial, and credit services.
- Proficiency with digital technology, including mobile applications on iOS and Android.
Location & details#
- This position is located in the Bronx, New York.
- The role is on-site and part-time (20 hours per week).
- The hourly pay rate ranges from $20.00 to $23.67.
