About the role#
The Technology, Production Support, Summer Analyst program offers an introduction to the financial services industry. You will join a cohort of peers for training on the fundamentals of the role and the company culture. This full-time position includes on-the-desk training, a speaker series, and networking opportunities. It is a summer program designed to build technical and professional skills.
What you'll do#
- Work in an agile software development environment.
- Develop quality and scalable software solutions.
- Ensure code aligns with quality standards.
- Provide support during testing cycles and post-production deployment.
- Test and debug code using appropriate tools.
- Participate in peer code reviews.
What you'll need#
- Graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related tech field.
- A GPA of 3.0 or better is preferred.
- Ability to pass technical interviews featuring basic algorithmic programming exercises.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with a willingness to collaborate across cultures and time zones.
- Experience with project management and leadership.
- Ability to work effectively within diverse teams.
- Prior experience in agile teams is desirable.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
