About the role#
We are looking for an Internal Audit Co-Op to join our team in Boston. You will support our coverage of financial, operational, and internal control processes. This role offers hands-on experience through audit planning, testing, and reporting. You will work alongside experienced professionals on projects that provide insight into our business operations.
What you'll do#
- Support the SOX-404 process, including scoping, planning, walkthroughs, testing, and status reporting.
- Evaluate the adequacy of internal controls through detailed testing.
- Compile audit findings and suggest revisions to systems and procedures.
- Assist with confidential audits and fraud investigations.
- Participate in cross-functional efforts to improve company operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in Accounting, Data Science, or Business Administration.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Strong skills in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of GAAP, COSO, and SOX.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.

- This position is based on-site in Boston, Massachusetts.
- The role is full-time and paid.
