About the role#
This internship offers the chance to apply analytical skills and technical knowledge to real-world business problems. You will work with Supply Chain Operational Excellence professionals and cross-functional teams, including Customer Solutions, Warehousing, and Logistics. The role focuses on gaining hands-on experience in data analysis, visualization, and project management to drive business insights and process improvements.
What you'll do#
- Assist with identifying data sources and support the data engineering team.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to find patterns, trends, and anomalies.
- Create charts, graphs, and dashboards to present your findings.
- Develop reports, presentations, and other data-driven deliverables.
- Outline project scopes, set timelines, and maintain project documentation.
- Collaborate with colleagues across international teams.
- Participate in site meetings and learning opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s program in a quantitative field, such as Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or MIS/BIS.
- Completion of at least your freshman year.
- Exposure to coding languages, tools, and general logic building.
- Familiarity with business principles and supply chain concepts.
- Knowledge of data visualization and agentic coding tools like ChatGPT, Claude Code, or Copilot.
- Familiarity with Python and SQL.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Good communication, organization, and time management abilities.
- An eagerness to learn.
