About the role#
Covestro is hiring a FACT Intern to join our Finance, Accounting, Controlling, and Tax organization for the Summer 2027 term. This is an on-site, paid internship based at our North American headquarters in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. You will work directly with the tax team and have the opportunity to rotate through finance, accounting, and controlling functions for broad exposure to corporate finance.
What you'll do#
- Assist the tax team with ongoing compliance tasks.
- Support the completion of income, sales and use, and property tax projects.
- Help finance teams with closing-related responsibilities and financial statement preparation.
- Perform account reviews and product costing tasks.
- Manage sensitive financial information with discretion.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a full-time Bachelor's degree program for Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- Completion of your sophomore year by May 2027.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3.
- Foundational coursework in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
