About the role#
The Aspire Internship at Copart is a full-time, paid position based on-site in Boston North, Massachusetts. This role focuses on providing customer service to both internal and external clients. What you'll do#
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls with a high level of professionalism.
- Coordinate the release of vehicles from body shops and residences.
- Identify client needs and provide effective solutions.
- Use company resources to gather information and resolve inquiries.
- Assist with customer support via chat and email as needed.
What you'll need#
- A High School diploma.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with the MS Suite and general office equipment.
- A professional attitude and commitment to customer service.
- One year of office support experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Ability to type at least 45 words per minute.
