About the role#
We are looking for a Pharmacy Student Intern to join our team in Kalispell. This role allows you to gain hands-on experience in a pharmacy setting while supporting patient care and clinical services. You will work under the supervision of a registered pharmacist to help manage daily operations and serve our customers.
What you'll do#
- Perform tasks under the guidance of a registered pharmacist or preceptor.
- Manage the prescription filling process in compliance with laws and company policies.
- Provide advice and consultation to customers and health care professionals regarding drug therapy and health products.
- Participate in clinical services such as immunizations, vaccinations, and disease state management.
- Help implement company initiatives to improve pharmacy profitability.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a full-time student in an accredited school of pharmacy.
- A valid state intern license if required by the state of employment.
- Ability to adapt to changes in work priorities and schedules.
- A collaborative mindset to work effectively as part of a team.
