About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience in the data analytics field for students currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree. You will work part-time during the school year and move to a full-time schedule for the summer of 2027. This position is open to juniors or non-graduating seniors.
What you'll do#
- Collect, model, and analyze data to support business decision-making.
- Partner with internal teams to review data regarding financial strength and creditworthiness.
- Analyze external macroeconomic datasets.
- Assist with initiatives focused on cost containment and operational efficiency.
- Use AI tools to research and improve work products.
- Develop professional relationships and explore potential career paths.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program for Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Coursework or experience in data analytics, modeling, or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in tools such as PowerBI, Python, R, Microsoft Excel, or other data analytics software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- Locations: Lakeville, MN; Mankato, MN; Rochester, MN; Eau Claire, WI; or Bloomington, IL.
- Modality: Hybrid.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship with a base pay of $20 to $21 per hour.
- Requirements: You must provide your own housing and transportation.
