About the role#
This internship supports the Fleet Leasing department by managing vehicle orders and related administrative tasks. You will assist internal drivers and external clients while gaining experience in fleet operations. This is a full-time, paid position for the Summer 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Review and place orders for fleet vehicles.
- Order materials for fleet management.
- Assist with title and license registrations and vehicle tab renewals.
- Notify drivers regarding vehicle recalls.
- Process and notify drivers of personal toll invoices.
- Complete miscellaneous projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or Agriculture.
- Completion of 1-2 years of your degree program.
- Strong working knowledge of computers and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Skills in client service, teamwork, and time management.
- Authorization to work in the United States. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship.

- Location: Rochester, Minnesota.
- Modality: Hybrid.
- Compensation: $19-$20 per hour.
- Note: Interns must provide their own housing and transportation.
