About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027. You will work from one of our office locations in Janesville, Sun Prairie, Lakeville, or Bloomington. This role offers a hybrid work model. Please note that you must provide your own housing and transportation for the duration of the internship.
What you'll do#
- Assist with real estate evaluations and market surveys.
- Obtain and analyze sales data to accurately plat legal descriptions for sales and subject properties.
- Collect and analyze sales information to support appraisals and asset valuation.
- Assist appraisers with property inspections.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or associate's degree program in agriculture, business administration, finance, or economics.
- A background in agriculture.
- Knowledge of agriculture economics and farm practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with client databases and industry software.
- Ability to work full-time during the summer of 2027.
- Authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
