About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Summer of 2027. You will gain hands-on experience in credit and underwriting while working with our team to support agriculture and rural communities. This role is based in a hybrid work environment.
What you'll do#
- Perform financial analysis and underwriting for loan requests.
- Assist with loan servicing and credit services for clients.
- Work with the Credit team leader and other staff on daily operations.
- Provide client service to external clients as needed.
- Take initiative to learn and apply credit processes under general supervision.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in agricultural business, agricultural economics, or business administration.
- Completion of at least two years of college coursework.
- Understanding of credit processing, servicing, accounting principles, and credit analysis.
- Solid organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.

- Note: Interns must provide their own housing and transportation. Business-related travel expenses are covered by the organization. We do not provide visa sponsorship.
