About the role#
As a Marketing Intern at Wagner College, you will work with the Marketing Manager to promote the dining program. You will research student needs, plan and brainstorm campaigns, and handle advertising across various platforms. This role involves managing projects and allows you to request assignments to build your skills in the marketing field.
What you'll do#
- Assist with planning, organizing, and hosting events.
- Support the Dine on Campus program.
- Develop social media calendars and promotional content.
- Act as a brand representative.
- Conduct marketing audits and general administrative tasks.
- Complete the Marketing Boot Camp.
- Survey students to collect marketing research.
- Create marketing materials and manage signage across campus.
- Develop concepts and imagery to communicate with the target market.
- Manage website and social networking content.
- Attend meetings and events as required.
What you'll need#
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service experience.
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience or interest in event planning and execution.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools is a plus.
- Prior marketing experience is a plus.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.

- Pay: $19.00 per hour.
