Marketing Intern, Chartwells Higher Ed / Indiana University - Indianapolis

About the role#

This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2026 based in Indianapolis, Indiana. You will work on-site with the Chartwells Higher Ed team at Indiana University - Indianapolis to support marketing operations.

What you'll do#

• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute departmental goals.
• Engage with student organizations to foster campus partnerships.
• Support the planning and execution of various events.
• Manage project timelines to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Contribute to content creation for marketing initiatives.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a degree program related to Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Psychology.
• Ability to assist in digital marketing efforts and support social media campaigns.
• Experience or interest in conducting market research and analyzing consumer behavior data.
• Proficiency in preparing marketing materials.
